In fact all fast food tastes better at home, but I would leave the cholas, chaats and koftas to the local chains! In fact I dont know if you knew this, long before McDonalds, there was Mr. Burger in Karachi, and I remember going there frequently on weekends with family. The burgers were great until only recently my stomach got upset the day I had Mr. Burger last summer in Karachi. Back in the day, Mr. Burger was definitely finger lickin' good! The Knight Writerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15799491634246216111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4110050082012076848.post-60819592861889493122010-02-28T02:01:59.257-08:002010-02-28T02:01:59.257-08:00Interesting. That is the only way loadshedding can be reduced. I am glad loadshedding does make you admire some of the beauty of the night sky. I should try that the next time load is shed in Karachi. The Knight Writerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15799491634246216111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4110050082012076848.post-36359281941092786632010-02-27T19:22:32.834-08:002010-02-27T19:22:32.834-08:00I hope McDonald's and other fast food giants n...I hope McDonald's and other fast food giants never come to Nepal. It was a sad day when a fried chicken chain came to Kathmandu in December. Hope it runs out of business soon.ssthapithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17896375638952039445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4110050082012076848.post-13546141749139364762010-02-27T19:14:59.257-08:002010-02-27T19:14:59.257-08:0011 hours of load shedding in Kathmandu right now. ...11 hours of load shedding in Kathmandu right now. Not too bad actually cause you get to be more productive with your time and peel away from the Idiot box. Although I do miss some football games.<br />In Pokhara, another benefit of loadshedding is being able to see the stars at night.ssthapithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17896375638952039445noreply@blogger.com
